So your thinking this is my year to achieve my weight loss or fitness goals, but don’t have a clue where to start? I’ve been there…
Back in 2003 I was in your position — overweight and due to the excess kilos, my fitness and lifestyle were suffering. After years of trying most diets around and doing spurts of training whenever I could be bothered, I signed up with a personal trainer and found my love again for exercise.
This, in combination with my newly obtained Degree in Health Promotion and Nutrition from university, started me on my journey of losing over 30 kilograms, and I have never looked back! It was tough but well worth it — look at where I am now!
I wouldn’t change a thing, and it only made sense to go further and get my personal training certificate.
The journey is still not over
Now almost 7 years later and doing what I love everyday I couldn’t be happier. I really do have the ultimate job: To train and have fun all day with the greatest people, people who make me so proud with the top efforts they give me day after day.
But you know what? Guys, that’s why you rock and get such fantastic results and quickly too. Because I believe I give you the tools to find your love for health and fitness, and it changes your life! I’m yet to see otherwise.
So back to 2012, remember this is your year.
So this is the plan, you guys tune in to my blogs and newsletters and in return I will do the research, diet/supplement/exercise testing, discover the answers for all your injury and rehab questions, test run Detox programs out there, and whatever else we need to do in order to help you achieve your goals. I’m going to provide the most up to date information that is gonna blast the fat right out of your body.
How does that sound, easy right?
Just imagine giving this year all your efforts and doing this once and for all, obtaining the weight loss results you’ve craved for years. Well, this is your year!
What are your goals?
So here’s where I ask: What’s your May 2012 goal? I don’t just want to hear; lose weight. That’s not specific enough. Lets break it down. “I want to lose this much by this date”, or “I want to fit into my size 12 jeans by my birthday”, “I want to quit smoking”, or it may even be a fitness goal, such as “I want to enter my first 5km fun run”.
