Free Nutrition Seminar

Most of us know the difference between a healthy apple and an unhealthy pizza but there’s more to nutrition than that. Do you know the difference between protein, carbohydrates and fats? Do you know how much, when and why you should have? Our Free Nutrition Seminar will attempt to teach you the finer details of nutrition and how you can improve your eating habits.

Getting fit and losing weight is a two pronged approach and we’re here to teach your both sides of the equation.

We’re holding the event at our Ferntree Gully North Primary School on Saturday 15th February. The seminar starts at 9:15am so make sure you’re there on time! Bring a notepad and pen! There’ll be a lot of information so you’ll need to take notes to make sure you remember as much as possible. As always, I’m available to answer any questions you might have before or after the event, but it’s always a good idea to write down as much as possible during the seminar.
