What Can You Achieve in Six Weeks?

As a personal trainer, I’ve spoken to lots of people about their fitness, goals and their fears. Too often, people let fear drive their decision making process! The idea of joining a fitness program can be quite intimidating. Well, I’m here to tell you, the team at Bailey’s Bodies are here to help you through it.

I know many people are curious, so I’m going to talk you through our plan of attack. I will explain how our fitness programs work, and how we help hundreds of people every year. We teach people how to kick ass and conquer their goals!

The change in lifestyle can seem daunting at first. It is confusing when there are so many “lose weight fast” advertisements thrown in your face on a daily basis. We strip away the distractions, confusion and utter rubbish that you see advertised. Our focused approach to simple and scientifically proven training methods gets results! It might seem difficult at first, but the end result is awesome, and totally worth the effort!

Our team of expert personal trainers will demonstrate correct exercise techniques: what should you do, how many should you do, how much should you rest in between exercises? There’s so much information and so many exercises out there! Our program simplifies it and our personal trainers are great at what they do! They’ll be your mentor and motivator. It’s going to be hard work, and you’re definitely going to wake up sore the next morning. But, you’ll come back for more. After pushing your body to it’s max, it’s a great feeling! The post-workout endorphins are addictive, but unlike the unhealthy vices we all try to escape, this is a good addiction!
Of course, an exercise program is nothing without healthy eating. We place a big focus on improving your eating habits to ensure you’re eating the correct quantities and types of food.

You can’t outrun a bad diet, and we want to make sure you get results! Our personal trainers will provide you with eating plans, nutritional advice and ongoing reviews of your food diaries.

Our training program focuses on both exercise and good nutrition to maximise your results.

After completing our program, you will walk away proud of what you’ve achieved! You will improve your health, lose weight, and gain a genuine interest in exercise.

This is not a one-stop, quick-fix! We are training, motivating and teaching you, while also giving you lifelong skills and knowledge that you can put to good use, even if you stop training with Bailey’s Bodies… but we know you’ll want to hang around!

This 6 week course is a fantastic kick start for your new, healthy life. I’ve seen some AMAZING 6 week transformations, but the really impressive fitness transformations happen to those who dedicate themselves to healthy eating and good exercise! I have been up and down with health and fitness for the last 15 years and was at an all time low before I joined the 6 Week Challenge. I had been trying different gyms, trainers and program's and nothing helped get me out of my slump. Thank goodness I had the courage to try the challenge, as Tanna and the team at Bailey’s Bodies have sparked my motivation again. I have a long way to go but with the ongoing encouragement and support from Tanna, the team and the other members I will get there. The hardest thing I’ve had to do on my weight-loss journey was simply to decide to turn up. I was worried I would not be able to keep up with the ‘fit people’ and embarrass myself. Now I worry when I can’t attend. It is the best stress relief and the trainers are fantastic. They modify exercises where necessary yet challenge and encourage me to levels I didn’t know I could reach. While I recognise still have a journey ahead of me, through this supervised exercise and diet advice I have more energy than ever before. I know I am in the right supportive environment to make a change for a healthy life.

My name is Krista and I am a 24 year old primary school teacher. I have completed two 6 week challenge programs with Bailey’s Bodies and have had very pleasing results. I did the six week challenge with Baileys Bodies to try and lose a few kilos and improve my fitness.  Tanna advised me exactly what to eat and what not to eat or drink and how often to exercise. She even set out a menu which I followed exactly. I lost 7 kgs much to my surprise and can now run around a netball court without feeling like I'm gonna die! I'm now a full time member and have lost more weight in the few weeks since the challenge.  I highly recommend Baileys Bodies because if you do what they tell you it works!!! Tanna is very encouraging and makes herself available for support at any time.  

Starting a new program can be intimidating, your goals can be overwhelming and appear to too hard — too impossible, to achieve, but we’re here (and so are hundreds of our success stories) to tell you it’s very possible, and it’s so worth the challenge!
