As a personal trainer, I’ve spoken to lots of people about their fitness, goals and their fears. Too often, people let fear drive their decision making process! The idea of joining a fitness program can be quite intimidating. Well, I’m here to tell you, the team at Bailey’s Bodies are here to help you through it.
I know many people are curious, so I’m going to talk you through our plan of attack. I will explain how our fitness programs work, and how we help hundreds of people every year. We teach people how to kick ass and conquer their goals!
The change in lifestyle can seem daunting at first. It is confusing when there are so many “lose weight fast” advertisements thrown in your face on a daily basis. We strip away the distractions, confusion and utter rubbish that you see advertised. Our focused approach to simple and scientifically proven training methods gets results! It might seem difficult at first, but the end result is awesome, and totally worth the effort!
Our team of expert personal trainers will demonstrate correct exercise techniques: what should you do, how many should you do, how much should you rest in between exercises? There’s so much information and so many exercises out there! Our program simplifies it and our personal trainers are great at what they do! They’ll be your mentor and motivator. It’s going to be hard work, and you’re definitely going to wake up sore the next morning. But, you’ll come back for more. After pushing your body to it’s max, it’s a great feeling! The post-workout endorphins are addictive, but unlike the unhealthy vices we all try to escape, this is a good addiction!
Of course, an exercise program is nothing without healthy eating. We place a big focus on improving your eating habits to ensure you’re eating the correct quantities and types of food.
You can’t outrun a bad diet, and we want to make sure you get results! Our personal trainers will provide you with eating plans, nutritional advice and ongoing reviews of your food diaries.
Our training program focuses on both exercise and good nutrition to maximise your results.
After completing our program, you will walk away proud of what you’ve achieved! You will improve your health, lose weight, and gain a genuine interest in exercise.
This is not a one-stop, quick-fix! We are training, motivating and teaching you, while also giving you lifelong skills and knowledge that you can put to good use, even if you stop training with Bailey’s Bodies… but we know you’ll want to hang around!
