We run regular boot camps in Melbourne. Currently we have several sessions per week at our Wantirna boot camp location which is held at Knox Gardens Primary School. We also have regular schedule at our original location Ferntree Gully boot camp. Both our Wantirna boot camp and Ferntree Gully boot camp locations are undercover, with access to toilets and drinking water.

Just recently we’ve started a new Wantirna South boot camp at Lewis Park, Wantirna South which has proved to be quite popular! What to Expect at Bailey’s Bodies Fitness Training

Each boot camp session typically goes for roughly an hour. We provide all workout equipment so all you need to do is rock up, and be ready to work out!

Every workout includes a warm-up, cool-down and training on correct techniques for improving your health, while not sacrificing safety or injuring yourself. We’ll push you hard enough to improve your health, but we won’t ever push you too far that you might injure yourself. Injuries are bad and we want to make sure you reach your fitness goals!
