Bootcamp (or outdoor training) is great fun, saves you money and improves your health! If you’re not doing Bootcamp training yet, why not?
I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years, and I’ve been doing outdoor bootcamp training for 8 years now. I’ve seen the results people can get from working out with friends, getting outdoors and most importantly: getting seriously good results!
Bootcamp Training Is Fun!
For a long time everyone assumed the only way to lose those unwanted love handles and body fat was to spend countless hours slugging away on a treadmill at the gym, but that’s not the case. It doesn’t sound like much fun, does it?
With outdoor training, we provide a fun, safe and healthy way for you to lose weight and improve your fitness! Bring your friends along to train with you, or come by yourself and make new friends. Gone are the hours of boring running on the treadmill!
Bootcamp Saves Your Money
Gym memberships can be expensive, and most people really don’t get their moneys worth out of them.
To make things worse, how many times have you been to the gym only to find out it’s too busy? You might spend more time waiting for weights, machines and treadmills to become available for you. If your life is as busy as mine, I’m sure you’ve got more important things to be doing with you time!
We offer affordable packages that include unlimited training with our highly professional and experienced personal trainers.
Awesome Personal Trainer Included
A lot of gyms will offer you one or two “free” PT sessions when you sign up for a long, expensive contract. It might seem like a good deal, but what do you do after those free PT sessions have been used? If you don’t have a professional showing you how to do exercises properly, and providing important safety and health tips along the way, how are you possibly going to reach your weight loss goals?
Every one of our outdoor training sessions is run by highly experience, professional and friendly personal trainers so you’ve always got access to someone who can help correct your technique, encourage you and help you reach your goals.
Unlimited Training Every Week
We run 15 sessions bootcamp sessions a week, which should be more than enough time for you to train. If 15 times a week isn’t enough for you then I’ll be very impressed! Our training packages let you get unlimited training so you could be training over 55+ times a week with our personal trainers.
However, we don’t recommend people train that hard (especially when starting out). We find most of our members only need to train 4–5 times a week to hit their goals. Remember, recovery is just as important as training, both for injury prevention and for progress.
Variety of Exercises
Don’t get bored with the same exercise routine every day. Variety is good for the mind but it’s also important for your progress.
The human body is a remarkable thing, and it will start to recognise patterns in your training and adapt to them. It’s important to keep your body guessing what’s coming so your progress doesn’t stall.
We’ve been running outdoor training for a long time now, and we’re never short of new ideas for pushing you mind and body to the limits.
No Excuses, Rain, Hail or Shine, We Train (And so should you)
We all know that Melbourne weather can get a bit dreary and miserable at times, but that’s not going to stop us from training every week. Our Ferntree Gully boot camp has a great undercover area for training all year round.
We don’t make excuse and we hope you won’t make excuses either. There’s nothing more satisfying that getting outdoors and pushing yourself to your limits. It might hurt at the time, it might challenge you, but afterwards you’ll be proud of what you’ve achieved.
Don’t settle for short term comfort instead of working towards your long term goals!
